- The recent Online Conference on
Safety
includes an enjoyable paper by safety expert John Bond on the history of
accidents, and a review of legislation by the Director General of the UK
Health and Safety Executive, Jenny Bacon. Did you know that in 1802 safety
legislation called for a supply to every apprentice of sufficient sleeping
accommodation (not more thn two to a bed)?.
