Travel Directions
The Conference Park is located at The University of Warwick on the outskirts of Coventry and is easily accessible by road, rail and air. You can download the information from the website at www.warwickconferences.com, following the link ‘how to find us’. The main conference will take place in the Sciences Building.

Travelling by Car
The University of Warwick is located at the centre of the Midlands motorway network. Please visit: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/conferences/howtofindus/wc_how_to_find_us.pdf, for further
information. There is a taxi rank outside the Rootes Building.

Travelling by Rail or Bus
Coventry Intercity Station is on the Main West Coast Line with regular trains connecting with other major towns and cities. Trains run every half hour to London with an approximate journey time of 60 minutes.

Services to Birmingham International and Birmingham New Street are frequent throughout the day. There is a large taxi rank at Coventry Station, just four miles from the Conference Park.

By air
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes by taxi. A frequent train service operates to Coventry from Birmingham International Station, adjacent to the airport.

Registration
Registration along with the main conference lectures, exhibition and posters, will take place in the Sciences Building. Please see below for registration opening times:

Monday 16th April 2012 12:00 – 19:00
Tuesday 17th April 2012 08:00 – 18.45
Wednesday 18th April 2012 08:00 – 18:00
Thursday 19th April 2012 08:00 – 13:30

Please remember to bring your confirmation of registration with you. At the registration desk you will receive your delegate information and badge – please wear your badge at all times, this is a security requirement and will enable you to identify fellow delegates.

Parking
Complimentary car parking is available for conference delegates in the allocated car parks on campus (7, 8a and 15). When you enter the car park, take the token from the machine at the entrance, which will need to be exchanged for your car park exit code at Rootes Reception.

Disabled parking spaces are available close to the entrance of main buildings.

Accommodation
Rooms will be allocated on arrival. Please check in at the reception in the Rootes Building. Check in for all accommodation is 15:00 – 23:00 on the day of arrival. Please check out by 09:30 on the day of departure.

Please note: Delegates arriving after 23:00 should inform Northern Networking Events Ltd. After this time keys should be picked up from the Security Gatehouse (building no. 21 shown on the campus map).

Wifi
WiFi is available on campus for delegates, excluding accommodation.

Internet access in the bedrooms is only through a hardwired connection – delegates will need to bring an Ethernet cable
with them as this is not provided by Warwick University.

All delegates who require WiFi must register at the Rootes Building Reception for a log on code and password, signing to accept the IT usage policy. WiFi is free of charge.

Warwick University and Northern Networking Events will not be held responsible for the strength of the WiFi on campus.

Catering
Breakfast for residential delegates is served in Rootes Restaurant on the 1st floor of Rootes Building from 07.30 – 09.30.
Refreshments, lunch & buffets will be served in the exhibition area of the Sciences Building.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place from 19:30 on Wednesday 18th April 2012 in Panorama Suite of the Rootes Building. Please note a ticket is required to attend this dinner. Please ensure you book your ticket onthe registration form. Entertainment will be provided by Moody Food Ceilidh Band.

BCA AGM
The AGM is open to all BCA members and will take place from 18:00 – 19:00 on Wednesday 18th April 2012 in the PLT in the Sciences Building.
